What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders (please contact us for mailing information). Checks and Paypal e-Checks must clear before we can ship the item(s).
How long does it take you to ship?
Items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of payment (checks must clear first). In the case of custom artwork, the shipping time can vary between a few days to a few weeks (you will be kept up-to-date on the progress).
What shipping services do you use?
We ship all items via USPS mail. If you are interested in insurance, please contact us and we'll calculate a new total for you.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes! Please bear in mind that shipping times will be longer to countries outside of the US.
Can I return my item/get a refund?
Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, but be assured that we will do everything possible to make sure that you are satisfied. If you have any questions or problems with your item, please don't hesitate to contact us.
